We actively and strategically grow our store base to raise customer awareness, strengthen the many benefits that scale offers our stores and our customers, and provide more growth opportunities for you!

 

As our store base grows, we’re able to advance business processes that increase efficiency and simplify store operations, consolidate our purchasing power to lower the cost of goods, and enhance our distribution systems so our stores can efficiently and continually have the products their customers want.

Targeting underserved areas where we already have a strong presence, we are growing our store base in three ways:
• Building new stores
• Converting independent convenience-type stores to 7-Eleven through our Business Conversion Program
• Acquiring smaller regional convenience store chains

In addition to growing in numbers and market share, we are helping to grow the sales and profits of our existing locations through our Asset Quality Improvement Program, a program designed to help ensure every 7-Eleven store keeps up with the times and ahead of the competition.
