We handle your vendor invoicing.  All you have to do is verify the vendor invoice with the products delivered, send the invoice to us, and we pay the vendor electronically on your behalf.

We also handle your store expense invoices (such as phone) in the same manner.  In addition to saving you time, not having to keep cash or checks in the store for these payments lets you control cash more safely and effectively.

Sales and Inventory Reports
We provide you with daily reports that show invoice activity from the prior day, giving you the ability to keep track of your inventory, sales and invoices at a glance.

We also produce and provide inventory reports that show your purchases versus sales week-by-week, so you can make sure your purchases are keeping pace with your sales.
